DocuNest (“the App”) is a mobile application developed by Sailesh Pulukuri (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

DocuNest is designed to operate primarily offline and prioritizes local data storage and user privacy.

DocuNest does not collect, store, transmit, or share personal information with external servers.

The App does not require account registration and does not collect:

Device identifiers
Analytics or tracking information
Advertising data

All information entered into the App remains on the user’s device.

DocuNest stores user data locally on the device. This may include:

Profile names and relationships
Folder or bundle names
Document titles and notes
Images and PDF files selected by the user
Reminder dates and settings

This data is saved using local storage and a local database. No cloud storage or remote synchronization is used.

Security

DocuNest relies on the device’s built-in security features, which may include:

Device PIN, pattern, or passcode
Biometric authentication such as fingerprint or face unlock

Authentication information is managed by the device’s operating system. The App does not store passwords or biometric data externally.

Internet Usage

DocuNest functions without requiring an internet connection.

The only external link provided within the App is this Privacy Policy page, which opens in the device’s browser. Accessing this page does not result in data collection by the App.

DocuNest does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties. Since the App operates locally on the device, no user information is transmitted externally.

Children’s Privacy

DocuNest is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Deletion

Users have full control over their data within the App.

Profiles, folders, and documents can be deleted at any time.
Uninstalling the App will remove locally stored data from the device.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes or improvements to the App. Updates will be posted on this page.
